Where is Soar Health Club located?
We are located at 105 W. Grayson Street, Llano, Texas.

How do I change the address or telephone number on my membership?

The request for these changes may be completed by the primary member by telephone at (325) 247-2247 or by email at info@soarhealthclub.com.

Are you a part of the SilverSneakers Fitness Program?

Yes!  We are members of the SilverSneakers Fitness Program, Prime Fitness Program, Prime Private Brand program and WholeHealth Living Choices Program.   Requests for these types of memberships must be done with a staff - give us a call at 325-247-2247 or email us at info@soarhealthclub.com 

How do I change my checking account or credit card information for my automatic drafts?
This request may be submitted by telephone at 325-247-2247 or by email at info@soarhealthclub.com. Members must notify of any changes in their electronic payment or personal information at least ten (10) days before the next scheduled electronic payment date.

How do I cancel my membership?

The primary member must submit a 30-day written notice to cancel the membership after completing the initial term and paying all dues. Written notice may be emailed to info@soarhealthclub.com. 30-day written notice of cancellation is required. No cancellations will be accepted by telephone.

May I transfer my membership to another person?
Members may transfer the membership, provided the club receives a 30-day written notice and the original member fully pays all club charges, dues, and fees. The transferee shall execute a new membership agreement and provide electronic funds transfer (EFT) or credit card information. The new member must complete the remaining months of the original member’s contract before the contract will roll over to automatic recurring invoices. The new member must also provide new EFT or credit card information if the membership has not been paid in full. All memberships are transferable, and you will not be charged a transfer fee.

How can I put my membership on freeze temporarily?
A freeze may be granted at no charge to members upon receipt of written notice to info@soarhealthclub.com. A one (1) month minimum and three (3) month maximum freeze is available once within 12 months. There is a $5/month fee during the freeze period, and the member must be current on all payments before the freeze begins. Exceptions are medical reasons with a doctor’s note or military leave.

Does Soar Health Club offer child care?
We do not offer child care. To enter the gym, you must be a member or registered for a Guest pass and be at least 15 years of age.

May I bring guests with me to Soar Health Club?
Members may bring a guest to work out, provided they register as a guest and pay for a Guest Pass. You can also purchase a Guest Pass online by clicking here:  https://www.soarhealthclub.com/guestpasses 

What are the policies for minors?
All children under 18 must have a parent or guardian-signed waiver on file. Children ages 15–17 may use resistance equipment, cardio equipment, and free weights without parent or guardian supervision. 

I lost my key fob. What should I do?

If you’ve lost your key fob,  Contact us ASAP at 325-247-2247, and we will help you purchase a replacement key fob for a fee of $10.00+tax.

I forgot my key fob at home. Can I still get into the gym?

Because our members’ safety is our main concern, we do not allow tailgating (members opening the door for other guests) for members who forget their fob key. If you’ve lost your key, call us at 325-247-2247, and a staff member will help you get a replacement key fob.
 

How do I get a replacement key fob, and what is the cost?

If you need to replace a key fob, reach out directly at 325-247-2247, as staff will be able to update the key fob security access and help get you a replacement. The replacement cost is $10.00+tax.
 

My current key fob is not working. What should I do?

Contact us ASAP at 325-247-2247 so staff can help figure out what’s happening. A defective access key could mean several things: billing problems, lockout, or there could be an issue with the door. We will be able to help you find a solution.

Why do I need to have a photo on file at the club?

Member photos are required for identification purposes. These are not shared or accessible to anyone publically. This is a liability requirement for having a 24-hour club facility and is not an option.

What happens if, for any reason, payment of my membership dues and fees is declined?

If any electronic payment or electronic funds transfer (EFT) is returned or unpaid for any reason, a non-refundable charge of $30.00 will be assessed. 

Why did I receive an email from Soar Health Club?
Our email marketing is permission-based. If you received an email from us, our records indicate you have willingly shared your email address with Soar Health Club or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We promise to respect your time by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

How can I stop receiving emails from Soar Health Club?
If you wish to no longer receive email messages from us, click the link to unsubscribe located at the bottom of every email generated by Soar Health Club and follow the instructions.

What is your privacy policy?

We are firmly committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your information. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for promotional use without your advance permission or unless a court of law orders. Information submitted to us is only available to staff managing this information to contact you or send you emails based on your request for information.
